Goals:
Implement evidence based practices with an emphasis on prevention and measuring for results. Provide seamless access to an array of services that are locally available, client and family centric and outcome oriented. Incorporate quality improvement elements to enhance service delivery systems and promote quality of life and services for consumers and their families. Conduct program evaluation through a collaborative process in order to measure, track and strengthen continuous performance management and promote organizational learning and improved program results. Develop and promote policies and procedures that are flexible and responsive to consumers and families served by DHHS.
